There are in total twelve loft ladders, four wall hatches and a series of supplementary products and accessories which provide the main products with a number of additional benefits.These benfits include extremely low U-values for home environments with high energy requirements, increased safety and the opportunity to find the right design for confined spaces or spaces which are higher than normal.
LEX
Best in class loft ladders for home environments, the LEX combines Swedish quality with first class design and functionality. The compact loft ladder is manufactured from slow grown spruce and is known around the world for its strong design, durability and easy fitting. In the closed position, it does not take up space in the loft. Hatches are available in a range of sizes, insulation levels and fire resistance.
LUX
The LUX's stylish finish and technological precision makes it the obvious choice for the discerning purchaser. The 3-section ladder is made from slow grown spruce or aluminium and is, in closed position, accommodated on the elegant white moulded compound hatch. This, combined with the white veneered wooden frame, makes the unit a beautiful addition to most modern homes. Insulation and liner for minimum draught and heat loss. Clever gas spring balancing when opening and closing.
LUX PROFFS
LUX PROFFS is specially designed for public buildings such as multi-home buildings, schools, industrial buildings and hospitals and meets extreme safety and performance requirements. The strong loft ladder is supplied as standard with a 3 or 4-section aluminium ladder, hatch and integrated liner of steel which complies with fire standard EI60. An aluminium concertina ladder is also available for confined spaces and areas with high ceilings.
Inspection Hatches
MidMade offer a wide range of inspection hatches suitable for mounting on the wall or ceiling in a range of finishes. We have heavily insulated SAN hatches for standard requirements, the attractive LUX hatches finished in a moulded composite with integral architrave and the fire certified LUX PROFFS range in steel.
Upper Hatches
A practical and clever supplementary product for home environments with high energy requirements. The upper hatch provides the finish, functionality and additional advantages home owners value. Available in multiple sizes and, where combined with a MidMade loft ladder provides a U-value as low as 0.20.
